Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

All TEA BOXES and JUST THE TEA ship from New Jersey via USPS GROUND. 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (EST), within 2–3 business days of receiving your order.  You'll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.

We currently only ship within the 48 contiguous United States and DC

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout—Steeped in Soul is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us at steepedinsoul@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.  Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the shipping box.  We'll gladly send a replacement and handle any necessary claims with the carrier on your behalf, so you don't have to worry
