Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, tea cannot be returned as it is considered a food item. We also do not accept returns on used or opened items.

Entirely customizable boxes are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

That said, we want you to feel good about your experience with Steeped in Soul. If you are unhappy with your box for any reason, please email us at steepedinsoul@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Let us know what didn’t feel right—we’ll do our best to find a reasonable and thoughtful solution.

Each box is carefully curated with intention and care, and we want that to be reflected in how you feel when it arrives.
