Because our products include food items, we cannot accept returns on tea. For health and safety reasons, we also do not accept returns on used or opened items.
Entirely customizable boxes are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
That said, we want every Steeped in Soul experience to feel meaningful and uplifting. If you are unhappy with your box for any reason, please email us at steepedinsoul@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Share what didn't feel right—we'll review your concern and do our best to offer a reasonable and thoughtful solution.
We curate each box with intention and care, and we hope that you feel that connection the moment it arrives.
